Diane Graduated in 1991 from North Central University with a bachelor’s degree in Communications and did her graduate work at the University of St. Thomas working toward an MBA in Entrepreneurship.

She has over 35 years experience in the financial services industry. Diane began her career by spending 10 years on the corporate side before becoming an advisor in 1999. She worked in a couple small banks and then established her independent practice, DMW Financial in 2003.

Diane lives in Lakeville, MN with her little dog MoMo. She consults with Eden Inc, a non-profit that helps the children of Kenya, works with a local political club and is active in many community events. Her favorite hobbies include working with her kids in their other business ventures, fun cars, guns and her Bible.
